General terms and conditions

• All donations are without obligation and non-refundable. Donations are only allowed if you are of legal age, or with permission from a guardian. Donations cannot currently be included in personal taxes.

• Do you want to support us as a company? Great! We are happy to send a debit note to companies that want to support us. You can request this by sending an email to hello@dndbelgium.com stating your company details and the reference of your donation.

• Payments via payment partner Mollie unfortunately also cost money, which means that the amount that our non-profit organisation receives will always be slightly lower. To remedy this, you can contribute to our transaction costs. Contributions to the transaction costs do not count towards the so-called donation pot, but help cover those transaction costs.

• Where private data is requested to be able to process the donations, this data will only be stored for a maximum of 3 years after your original donation. Furthermore, it will only be used if a problem occurs with the donation, or to thank you for your donation. It will not be passed on to third parties. You of course always have the right to consult, modify or delete the data.
